Légifrance Chatbot
A conversational assistant connected to the Légifrance legal database, built for the staff of the Préfecture de Moulins so they can query French law in plain language instead of navigating the raw corpus.

Computer science student at Epitech Moulins, second year. I work as a registered freelance developer alongside my studies, and I have shipped software to real clients — including the French public sector. Product, code, deployment and hosting: I take it end to end.
I started at Epitech Moulins in 2024, after passing my Baccalauréat the same year. Epitech's project-based model suits me: I learn by building things that have to work, not by memorising them.
In parallel I registered as a freelance developer (Sacha Lamour EI) and work through Synaptic-hub, Epitech's junior consulting network. That is where most of the work below comes from — real clients, real deadlines, real production environments.
I am also president of the student union (BDE) at Epitech Moulins, which is mostly project management in disguise: budgets, teams, deadlines and people who need answers.
Outside client work I compete in CTF security competitions, including CyberCup Océan Indien 2026. Reverse engineering and cryptanalysis changed how I write code — I now think about what breaks before I ship it.
Six projects delivered to clients or built end to end. Context, my role, the stack, and what came out of it.

A delivery-management mobile app for a logistics client. Multi-tenant from the start, and offline-first because drivers lose signal — the app keeps working and reconciles when the connection returns.
Empathetic conversational agents for personal support. Fine-tuned open models rather than a wrapper around a hosted API, with a retrieval layer and inference running on a dedicated GPU — so tone, latency and data all stay under our control.

Automated analysis of industrial controller logs for Manitowoc: the system reads WAGO PLC output, identifies the fault pattern and proposes a fix — always validated by a human before anything is applied.
A bridge between X-Plane 12 and a Meta Quest 3S headset: an X-Plane plugin exposing simulator datarefs, a mixed-reality view, and an Android companion app for the cockpit controls.

A teaching platform with interactive exercises and per-student statistics, so instructors can see where a class is actually stuck rather than guessing from final grades.
Balyze, a gamified QR-code discovery SaaS for training organisations, specified end to end · an iOS app for the World Heart Federation in Flutter · IAKAFAIRE, a regional events aggregator with a LEADER funding application · a nationwide events scraper (Playwright, Terraform, PostgreSQL) · a Garry's Mod server administration addon · Epitech systems projects in C and Rust (42sh, Zappy, a raytracer).
Running the student union: budget, events, a team of volunteers, and the negotiations that come with all three.
Client missions through Epitech's junior consulting network: public sector, industry, mobile and applied AI. Scoping, build, deployment and hosting.
Reverse engineering, cryptanalysis, binary exploitation and OSINT under competition time pressure.
Second year of the 2024–2029 programme. Baccalauréat obtained in 2024.
If that fits a team you are staffing, write to me — I answer quickly and I can send code, references and my CV the same day.
